• Lead, train, and develop the Butler team, fostering a culture built on anticipation, accountability, discretion, excellence, and genuine, personalized hospitality.

• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship for residents and their guests, developing a deep understanding of their personal preferences, routines, lifestyles, and expectations.

• Oversee the resident experience from pre-arrival through departure, ensuring personalized residence preparation, seamless arrivals, attentive and discreet service throughout their stay, and a memorable departure experience.

• Work closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Spa, Valet, and other departments to ensure the flawless and timely execution of residents’ requests and needs.

• Proactively anticipate residents’ needs and identify opportunities to continuously elevate their experience, ensuring their preferences and needs are addressed before they have to ask.

• Take ownership of complex resident requests, VIP experiences, celebrations, and special occasions, as well as any situation requiring service recovery, ensuring a discreet, efficient, and resident-focused resolution.

• Establish, implement, and maintain Butler service standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training programs, and quality controls in alignment with the standards of an ultra-luxury residential environment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents’ preferences and ensure effective communication, seamless transitions, and thorough handovers within the Butler team.

• Continuously monitor resident satisfaction, service performance, and operational effectiveness, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve processes and elevate service standards.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures related to safety and security; immediately report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to the Director; and complete all required safety training and certifications.

• Develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with all colleagues, fostering collaboration and supporting various teams in achieving common goals.

• Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities related to the position as assigned by the Director.

• 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, private residences, luxury resorts, hotels, clubs, or comparable high-touch environments.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Exceptional communication, organization, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury service and anticipatory hospitality.
• Ability to build genuine relationships with discerning guests and residents.
• English required; Spanish strongly preferred.
• Butler certification or experience in an ultra-luxury environment is preferred.
