Social Media Director - The Condado Collection

The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels, to fine dining and entertainment.

• Responsible for shaping brand storytelling, driving engagement, and positioning the property as a premier destination through innovative digital and social strategies.

• Develop and execute integrated social media and digital strategies aligned with brand identity, guest experience, and revenue goals.

• Lead content creation across platforms, ensuring elevated, engaging, and brand-consistent storytelling.

• Oversee influencer partnerships, media visits, and PR initiatives to maximize visibility and impact.

• Monitor the brand reputation, market trends, and analytics to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to align digital campaigns, promotions, and activations.

• Represent the hotel at events, supporting live content creation and guest/community engagement.

• Direct photo/video shoots and maintain brand-compliant content assets.

• Provide performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

• Conduct and implement market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.

• Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, adjusting tactics based on data insights.

• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Ensure confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Min. 5 years of Digital Marketing/Social Media experience, including leadership roles in hospitality or luxury brands.

• Must possess good interpersonal skills as he/she operates as a representative of the Hotel, interacting with customers, hospitality industry, and company personnel. 
• Strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency with design, content, and analytics tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible schedule with ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English)
