Develop and implement integrated content strategies aligned with brand positioning, revenue goals, and marketing needs.
Create and manage social media calendars, including imagery, captions, and blog content that reflect the brand’s voice and tone.
Coordinate website, email, blog, and digital content updates in collaboration with the Director of Revenue and Sales & Marketing teams.
Produce engaging, valuable content across platforms to attract and convert target audiences.
Monitor online reputation and ensure consistent brand messaging across third-party platforms.
Oversee daily coordination with Public Relations and brand agencies to ensure timely execution of strategies, activations, and press initiatives.
Manage influencer visits and media/press engagements including follow-ups.
Assist in the preparation and execution of local and national media relations with US/Local representatives.
Support planning and coordination of on- and off-property events, activations, and special initiatives.
Liaise with external partners for events and activations.
Attend and represent the brand at events; support logistics, live content creation, and community engagement.
Develop ideas and assist with promotional material for F&B outlets, menus, happenings, and flyers using Canva or other design tools.
Collaborate with the Director of Revenue to align branding with e-marketing and online advertising strategies (PPC, email campaigns, etc.).
Assist in the creation of relevant packages and promotions tied to Public Relations and revenue goals.
Coordinate offline and online advertising efforts; support the development of marketing budgets and strategic plans.
Manage and coordinate hotel photo/video shoots and maintain the organized content.
Ensure all marketing assets are up to date, brand-compliant, and readily available for campaigns.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, adjusting tactics based on data insights.
Track and create monthly reports to measure success.
Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of staff and externals.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Travel as needed.
