Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated content strategies aligned with brand positioning, revenue goals, and marketing needs.

  • Create and manage social media calendars, including imagery, captions, and blog content that reflect the brand’s voice and tone.

  • Coordinate website, email, blog, and digital content updates in collaboration with the Director of Revenue and Sales & Marketing teams.

  • Produce engaging, valuable content across platforms to attract and convert target audiences.

  • Monitor online reputation and ensure consistent brand messaging across third-party platforms.

  • Oversee daily coordination with Public Relations and brand agencies to ensure timely execution of strategies, activations, and press initiatives.

  • Manage influencer visits and media/press engagements including follow-ups.

  • Develop Public Relations promotions, lifestyle programming, and partnership opportunities that generate buzz and elevate brand visibility.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of local and national media relations with US/Local representatives.

  • Support planning and coordination of on- and off-property events, activations, and special initiatives.

  • Liaise with external partners for events and activations.

  • Attend and represent the brand at events; support logistics, live content creation, and community engagement.

  • Develop ideas and assist with promotional material for F&B outlets, menus, happenings, and flyers using Canva or other design tools.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue to align branding with e-marketing and online advertising strategies (PPC, email campaigns, etc.).

  • Assist in the creation of relevant packages and promotions tied to Public Relations and revenue goals.

  • Coordinate offline and online advertising efforts; support the development of marketing budgets and strategic plans.

  • Manage and coordinate hotel photo/video shoots and maintain the organized content.

  • Ensure all marketing assets are up to date, brand-compliant, and readily available for campaigns.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, adjusting tactics based on data insights.

  • Track and create monthly reports to measure success. 

  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ensure confidentiality and protect company assets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor-Degree required and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills as he/she operates as a representative of the Hotel, interacting with customers, hospitality industry, and company personnel. 
  • Must have refined skills in public relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of staff and externals.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ensure confidentiality, problem-solving ability, and alignment with hotel operational standards.
  • Travel as needed.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English)
