Maintain excellence in guest rooms, suites, and corridors, exceeding guest and management expectations.
Visually check public spaces, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and in working order.
Oversee proper use of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Coordinate, assign, and train housekeeping staff, ensuring proper coverage.
Record inspection results, resolve guest concerns, and maintain accommodation standards.
Assist with room cleaning and delivery of amenities as needed.
Ensure floors are properly stocked and complete inspection reports accurately.
Stay informed of daily hotel operations, events, and procedural updates.
Follow all safety and security policies; report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
