Purchasing - Storeroom Clerk - Condado Ocean Club

• Under the supervision of the supervisor, transport daily food and beverage deliveries from the loading dock to the designated storage areas.
• All items should be taken to the designated stores, where the supervisor will inspect them before they are distributed to the appropriate storage locations.
• Responsible for cleaning the shelves and floor of the storeroom as well as all the walk-in coolers and freezers daily.
• Responsible for stocking shelves in stores and transferring food from freezers to fridges.
• Will issue inventory to all departments, but only where a signed requisition has been submitted.
• Will deal with requisitions daily under control and supervision of the supervisor.
• Assist the supervisor with conducting end-of-period inventory and performing a bi-weekly inventory using the Management Information System.
• Accurately input outlet requisitions, purchase orders, and received goods into the Management Information System, ensuring all entries align with supplier Receipt Forms.
• Ensure accurate data entry by carefully reviewing detailed descriptions to correctly match items within the Management Information System (MIS).
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
• Complete safety training and certifications.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

• Hospitality oriented
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have the ability to bend, stop and lift
• Able to handle difficult situations effectively
• Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure
• Prioritizing and organizing a variety of tasks and responsibilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must have good communication skills in Spanish and English.
