Recruitment Coordinator - The Condado Collection

The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels to fine dining and entertainment. • Coordinate, schedule, and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records in ICIMS, including tracking applicant status, follow-ups, and confirmations of new hires.
• Foster clear, professional communication and strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, external partners, and cross-functional teams to support a collaborative and effective recruitment process.
• Complete required training and certifications as needed to stay compliant with internal and Human Resources/Recruitment standards.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Supervisor.

• Hospitality-oriented.
• Fully bilingual (Spanish and English), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage sensitive or difficult situations professionally.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with the ICIMS platform; knowledge of ADP is a plus.
