Housekeeping Manager - Condado Vanderbilt Hotel

• Ensure all rooms, suites, and public areas consistently meet Forbes 5-Star cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards.

• Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.

• Follows all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor.

• Completes safety training and certifications.

• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, supports the team in reaching common goals, and listens and responds appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

• Manage VIP and special requests with discretion and professionalism. 
• Implement cost-effective solutions without compromising service standards.

• Ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

• Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information.

• Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by the Director.

• Hospitality oriented 
• Min 3 - 5 years of management experience in a Housekeeping Department. 
• Must be able to bend, squat and stretch, lift weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Strong communication skills 
• Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fully bilingual (Spanish and English)
