Marketing Jr. Host - Casino Del Mar

• Welcome and interact with casino guests, providing information about ongoing promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
• Build relationships with guests to promote repeat visits and increase loyalty.
• Support Casino's marketing initiatives by engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional experience while promoting programs, events, and special promotions
• Distribute promotional materials, ensure signage is up-to-date, and support in-room or on-floor activations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance guidelines for casinos.
• Work closely with other marketing team members, VIP's, and casino operations to deliver seamless service.
• Assist with Casino Del Mar promotions.
• Gather guest feedback and relay it to the marketing team to improve campaigns and guest experience.
• Create monthly reports to track the success of promotions.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming. 
• Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary. 
• Ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies. 
• Generate concepts for special events and activities to create memorable experiences for players.
• Proficient on handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines.

• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications. 
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals. 
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Marketing Director.

• Hospitality oriented 
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer service / Marketing (hospitality industry experience essential) 
• Candidates must comply with and support the company’s responsible gambling policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Gaming industry experience is a plus.
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, strong leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, good customer service skills and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work proficiently quickly in a high-pressure & fast paced environment.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of internal information. 
• Fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
