• Welcomes and acknowledges all guests in the Spa, according to company standards, anticipates and addresses guests’ service needs, and thanks guests with genuine appreciation.
• Coordinates and confirms all reservations in the Spa. 
• Ensures all technology is operational and ready for use.
• Ensures inventory levels are adequate and stock merchandise as needed.
• Ensures that all areas of the spa such as reservations, retail, restaurant, spa services, salon, housekeeping, and maintenance consistently meet Spa standards and mission.
• Ensures that all areas of the spa, indoor and outdoor, are kept in order throughout the day.
• Deals with any guest requests and/or problems and satisfies their needs.
• Understands cultural differences to meet all different customer needs.
• Serves guests at the Spa while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Handles all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards.
• Informed about daily hotel operations, bulletin boards and is up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
• Follows all company safety and security policies and procedures; reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the Director.
• Completes safety training and certifications. 
• Ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, supports the team to reach common goals.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as by supervisor.

• Hospitality oriented 
• Knowledgeable about etiquette and protocols
• Licensed therapist in massage and/or esthetics is a plus
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Able to handle difficult situations effectively
• Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fully bilingual (Spanish and English)
