Surveillance Agent - Casino Del Mar

• Monitor table games and slot activities, monitor cage transactions, armored car pick-ups, and all areas involving chip and TITO sales or redemptions. Ensure adherence to Slot Count and Soft Count procedures, while also supervising non-gaming areas across the casino, including entrances and exits.

• Report all irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor.
• Report all activities and complete logs and reports as required.
• Monitor alarms and related areas, reporting and logging same.
• Maintain appropriate daily logs.
• Verifies Jackpots as required in Slot Machines(review and complete reports).
• Verifies Jackpots as required in Table Games (review and complete reports).
• Assists in the training of agents/observers/officers as required.
• Comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, Title 31, Privacy of Information Act, Gramm- Leach-Bliley Act, USAPATRIOT Act, OFAC,FCRA , FTC requirements and must comply with PRTC Regulations. The casino Anti-Money Laundering Policy and Procedures

• Hospitality oriented
  
• Previous experience in security in a casino or similar environment
• Able to handle difficult situations effectively
• Strong knowledge of casino operations, including cash handling procedures and gaming regulations
• Ability to prioritize and organize a variety of tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to communicate effectively with all Casino guest, employees as well as casino suppliers
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
