Responsibilities

  • Manages guest requests, coordinating logistics, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Coordinate and follow up with all guest requests accordingly and in a timely manner.
  • Plan the daily butler operation.
  • Assign Butlers to their corresponding areas.
  • Contact arriving guests prior to arrival and coordinate guest requests as needed.
  • Identify and flag arriving guests accordingly.
  • Be knowledgeable in all Guest Services Areas and able to assist if needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests.
  • Monitor service delivery and ensure adherence to hotel standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement service protocols.
  • Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards.
  • Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications. 
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support teams to reach common goals.  
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Hospitality oriented 
  • Previous experience in a hotel or similar role.
  • Able to lift heavy objects (50 pounds)
  • Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
