Responsibilities

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. 
  • Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure efficient turnover and cleanliness.
  • Support servers by delivering food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the dining areas and assisting with any additional requests from guests.
  • Ensure all necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments are stocked and available for guests and staff.
  • Perform regular cleaning tasks in the dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Help staff with tasks such as running food orders, organizing dishware, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant area.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. 
  • Secure all items and storage areas. 
  • Complete closing duties.
  • Prepare a daily purchasing list to maintain a healthy inventory level as directed by the supervisor. 
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
  • Complete safety training and certifications. 
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals, listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. 
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. 
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Hospitality oriented
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a Fine Dining setting
  • Able to handle difficult situations effectively
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
