Responsibilities

  • Use data, customer, and research insights to ensure long term profitable growth of the business.
  • Identify market conditions, key trends and operational issues that impact the business and ensure that decisions are made, and issues are solved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Manage the brand agencies for additional collateral design, printing, and any other promotional requirements.
  • Create monthly reports to track the success of promotions.
  • Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
  • Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
  • Oversee current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new promotions or events.
  • Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
  • Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  • Travel when needed.
  • Proofread all art/digital output.
  • Generate concepts for special events and activities to create memorable experiences for players.
  • Manage partnerships and supplemental campaigns through the brand to maximize they’re each and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage a content strategy for deployment on social, web, and ecommerce platforms, reporting on its performance through relevant indicators.
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the director; and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Qualifications

  • Hospitality oriented
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer service / Marketing (hospitality industry experience essential)
  • Candidate must comply with and support the company’s responsible gambling policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Gaming industry experience is a plus.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, strong leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, good customer service skills and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work proficiently quickly in a high-pressure & fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of internal information.
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English).
