• Greet and interface with suite guests upon arrival.
• The Condado Vanderbilt Butler shall provide dedicated, personalized service to all suites and designated guestrooms along with signature premium services. Signature premium services to be delivered to all suites include:
  • Coffee or tea upon arrival and with wake-up call
  • Pressing of garments upon arrival and shoe shine service
  • Unpacking & Packing of guest luggage
  • Personalized amenity item on arrival or at turndown
