Bar Attendant - STK San Juan

• To assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the bar. 
• Assist in setting up bar to included; unlocking liquor, icing, glassware, juices and garnish set-up.
• Accept drink orders from food and beverage servers in proper calling order to keep service bar at optimum levelof service for our guest. Observe the 10 second rule.
• Red-line all drink orders, checking for correct number of drinks and correct pricing. No drinks to be madewithout pre-rung guest check.
• All cocktails are to be made in accordance with the company standard recipes and using the standard jigger atall times.
• Service guests and team members promptly, hospitably and efficiently.

• Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
• Able and willing to perform basic cleaning duties.
• Technical beverage knowledge and expertise.
• Guest-focused personality.
• Good physical health.
• Self-starting individual.
• Has a cool, organized disposition.
• Honest.
• Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English).
