• Provides professional, quality, relaxing massage and hydrotherapy services for spa guests.
• Is willing to perform all treatments listed on the Spa Menu and is committed to learning how to perform eachtreatment with perfection and consistency.
• Believes self-care is an essential part of the guest experience and commits to educating spa guests on theimportance of self-care at home.
• Incorporates retail sales into treatments.
• Commits to a complete consultation prior to each massage/spa treatment to ensure agreement of intendedoutcome of treatment.
• Maintains extensive knowledge of Condado Vanderbilt Hotel and Spa products and massage services.
• Participates in regularly scheduled massage team meetings and cross-training opportunities.
• Participates in Advanced Trainings and shows and implement practices that are taught.
• Effectively utilizes time management tools.
• Other duties as assigned and/or required.

• Graduate of a minimum 1,000 hour accredited massage program.
• Must hold a current Massage License in Puerto Rico.
• Two years previous massage experience in a luxury spa.
• Excellent client service, communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and some holidays.
• Flexibility to become cross-trained in other spa functions/services.
• Additional wellness/massage credentials such as Reiki, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral, Aromatherapy, Hammam a plus.
• Yoga or exercise background a plus.
