• Sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisle and dock area.
• Proper use of dish machine; dishware washing, pot washing; sorting and storing all clean china, glass and flatware.

• Able to lift heavy objects.
• Guest-focused personality.
• Good physical health.
• Self-starting individual.
• Has a cool, organized disposition.
• Honest.
• Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English).
