The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels, to fine dining and entertainment. • Set-up station properly and on time for each service period.
• Make sure all food is prepared by recipes designated by supervisor.
• Make sure food quality and quantity is correct.
• Make sure food is sent to correct area on time.
• After service turn off and clean oven tops and work areas and reach-in boxes.
• Make sure production charts are closely followed and adhered to.

• Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
• Technical culinary knowledge and expertise.
• Guest-focused personality.
• Self-starting individual.
• Has a cool, organized disposition.
• Honest.
• Fully Bilingual a Must (Spanish/English).
