• Maintain all counters and tables cleaned and polished.
• Replenish and maintain adequate service supplies and utensils to include, but not limited to:
  • China
  • Glasses
  • Coffee mugs or cup and saucers
  • Silverware (cutlery)
• Replenish and maintain adequate food items and beverages, to include, but not limited to:
  • Coffee, Juices, Maple syrup in warmer (breakfast), Milk, Butter balls, Cereal boxes, Ice
