• Responsible for attending to guests of the hotel by greeting and assisting with luggage, packages, valet, orgeneral inquiries.
• Arranges transportation on behalf of the guest; provides directions to local points of interest.
• Must be knowledgeable about the hotel, its amenities and the local area. Position requires exceptional guestservice skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.
• Some exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.

• Able to lift heavy objects.
• Guest-focused personality.
• Ability to meet standards of appearance.
• Good physical health.
• Self-starting individual.
• Has a cool, organized disposition.
• Honest. Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English).
